Account Setup
How to Register

Create your free account in under 2 minutes.

Visit the Registration Page
Go to whalebackupledger.com/register or click the Open Account button on any page. You will be taken directly to the registration form — no app download required to start.

Enter Your Full Name & Email
Provide your first name, last name and a valid email address that you have access to. This email will be used for all account notifications, security alerts, and correspondence.

Set a Strong Password
Create a password of at least 8 characters. We recommend mixing uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Your password is hashed with bcrypt — QFX never stores it in plain text.

Confirm Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Quantum Whale Ledger. Click the confirmation link. If it doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or request a resend from the login screen.

Account Created — Access Your Dashboard
Once confirmed, you are logged in automatically and redirected to your dashboard. Your wallet addresses for all supported assets are generated instantly. You can begin exploring immediately — KYC is required before depositing.

How to Complete KYC

Go to KYC Verification
From your dashboard, click the KYC Verification link in the sidebar menu. You will see a 3-step progress indicator showing exactly where you are in the process at all times.

Select Your ID Document Type
Choose from the following accepted documents:

National ID Card Passport Driver's Licence Residence Permit Voter's Card
Select the document you have available and click Continue.

Upload Front & Back (if required)
For ID Cards, Driver's Licences, and Residence Permits — you must upload both the front and back of the document. For Passports, only the photo/data page is required. Photos must be clear, well-lit, and unobstructed — all four corners of the document must be visible. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF under 5MB each.

Take Your Selfie
Step 3 requires a live selfie — either using your device's camera or an uploaded photo. You must hold your ID document clearly visible in the frame beside your face. Ensure your face is fully visible, well-lit and unobstructed. Glasses are acceptable; face coverings are not.

Submit — Approved Within Minutes
Click Submit. Our automated system reviews your documents and typically approves within 5 minutes. You will receive an email and an in-app notification when your KYC status updates. Level-2 approval unlocks full deposit, withdrawal and staking capabilities.
Documents Requiring Both Sides
National ID, Driver's Licence, and Residence Permit — both front and back are mandatory. Passport — front data page only. Voter's Card — front only. If the back is blank or featureless, still upload it — missing uploads will delay approval.
Photo Quality Tips
Use natural daylight if possible. Avoid flash glare. Make sure all text on the document is readable. Never crop or edit the document image — upload the full original photo as taken.

How to Receive Crypto

Log into your dashboard and click Deposit in the sidebar navigation. You will be taken to the deposit screen where you can choose which cryptocurrency you want to receive.

Select the Asset & Network
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to receive (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT). For assets available on multiple networks — such as USDT — select the correct network carefully:
USDT TRC20 (Tron) USDT ERC20 (Ethereum) BEP20 (BSC)
⚠ Always match the network to the one being used by the sender. Sending to the wrong network results in permanent loss of funds.

Copy Your Wallet Address or Scan QR Code
Your unique Quantum Whale Ledger address for the selected asset and network is displayed as both a QR code and a copyable text address. Share or copy the address to the sender. The QR code can be scanned directly from another mobile wallet.

Confirm & Wait for Blockchain Confirmation
Once the sender initiates the transaction, you will receive an in-app notification. Your balance updates automatically after the required blockchain confirmations — typically under 60 seconds for USDT TRC20, and 10–30 minutes for Bitcoin. You can monitor the transaction status in real time from your dashboard.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit is $100 USD equivalent for all assets. Deposits below this amount will be received but will not qualify for AI trading plan activation. There is no maximum deposit limit.

Transfers & Withdrawals
How to Send & Transfer

Send to any wallet address, globally, in seconds.

Click Withdraw / Transfer in Dashboard
From your dashboard sidebar, click Transfer Funds or Request Withdrawal. You will see a list of all assets you currently hold with their available balances.

Select the Asset to Send
Tap or click the cryptocurrency you want to send. Your current balance for that asset is shown. Only assets with a balance above the minimum transfer threshold can be selected.

Enter the Destination Wallet Address
Paste the recipient's wallet address into the address field. Double-check the address — blockchain transactions are irreversible once sent. For USDT, ensure the address matches the selected network (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20).

Enter Amount & Review Fees
Type the amount to send. The platform instantly shows the estimated network gas fee and total deduction before you confirm anything. Click Preview Transfer to see a final summary screen.

Confirm via Two-Factor Authentication
Every outbound transfer requires 2FA confirmation. Enter your 6-digit authentication code. This step is mandatory and cannot be skipped — it protects your funds even if your password is compromised.

Transfer Submitted
The transaction is broadcast to the blockchain immediately. You'll receive an in-app notification with the transaction hash. USDT TRC20 typically confirms in under 60 seconds. Bitcoin takes 10–30 minutes. QFX charges no transfer fee — you pay only the network gas fee shown upfront.
Always Verify the Address Before Confirming
Check at minimum the first 6 and last 6 characters of the destination address. Crypto transfers are irreversible — QFX cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or wrong network.

Navigate to Web3 Wallet Connect
From your dashboard sidebar, click Web3 Connect. You will see a grid of all supported wallet providers. 12+ wallets are supported including MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Ledger Live, Trezor, WalletConnect, and Rainbow.

Choose Your Wallet Provider
Click on the wallet you want to connect. Each provider card shows the supported blockchains (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Polygon). Select the one that matches the wallet you use.

Follow the 8-Step Encrypted Connection
Our proprietary 8-step connection protocol guides you through: Init → Verify → Encrypt → Handshake → Sign → Confirm → Sync → Done. Each step is clearly explained on-screen. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. You will be prompted to approve the connection inside your wallet app.

Approve the Connection in Your Wallet
Your wallet app (e.g. MetaMask browser extension or Trust Wallet mobile app) will display a connection approval prompt. Review the requested permissions and click Connect / Approve. QFX only requests read access to your public address — never write access or seed phrase.

Your external wallet is now linked to your QFX account. You can view your external balances alongside your Quantum Whale Ledger, use your linked wallet for additional verification, and initiate transfers between wallets. Your seed phrase is never transmitted or stored on QFX servers at any point.
Your Seed Phrase is Never Shared
QFX uses a read-only encrypted connection. We never request your seed phrase, private key, or full wallet control. The connection is secured by AES-256 end-to-end and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard.

Enter Your Staking Amount
Type in the amount you wish to stake in USD equivalent. The platform instantly validates your input against the plan's minimum and maximum amounts and displays a green checkmark when the amount is valid. A full pre-activation summary is shown — daily return, total profit and exact maturity date — before you confirm.
Min & Max Amount Rules
Each plan enforces a minimum and maximum investment. Amounts below the minimum or above the maximum will show a validation error and the Activate button will remain disabled until corrected. Always check the limits for your chosen plan before entering an amount.

Review the Full Summary Before Activating
Before the final confirm screen, review: the staked asset and amount, selected plan duration, daily ROI amount in USD, total profit at maturity, and exact end date. This information is binding once confirmed — read it carefully.
